A Judgement-Free Community of Teens

FREE to all youth
Set up as 9-week cohorts
Run by mental health professionals
Registration, screening, and parent/guardian permission required

This is a space where you'll connect with other teens, learn awesome life skills, and build your inner strength in a supportive, judgment-free zone. BURST helps students learn:

  • Mindfulness
  • Distress tolerance
  • Emotion regulation
  • Interpersonal effectiveness
Note: This is NOT a group for severe mental health concerns or a crisis group, and we recommend continuing with individual treatment if you are already receiving it!
