FACILITY USE AND RESOURCES
TCP HOUSE USE PROCESS:
If you are interested in hosting an event, follow the link below to the Facility Use Form. On this page you will find our calendar which holds all recurring events, open hours and special dates. Please be sure to allow 3-5 business days for a response from the board.
HOUSE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE:
If you notice repairs and maintenance that is needed at TCP, please use this form to let us know. This could be anything that is broken, messed up, in disrepair, not working properly, or needs to be replaced.
FINANCIAL REIMBURSEMENT:
If you need to be reimbursed for money you spent for TCP projects & events, please use this form to submit your reimbursement request.
SUPPLY REQUEST
Is there something we need at the house? Are we out of something, or is there something you need for a program? From toilet paper to pencils, this is the place to make that request!
